The Greater Warrenton Chamber of Commerce (GWCC) offers a variety of cost effective advertising solutions. Here are some ways to advertise your business with the GWCC:
E-Blasts (weekly e-news)
$75 for a month’s worth of advertising & links (except the week of the luncheon). You provide a .jpg or .png logo and ad copy to our office by the Friday before.
Bi-Monthly Printed Newsletters (next issue, Nov./Dec. deadline Nov. 15th)
- $50 Business Card size ad per issue / $300 for the year.
- $100 Flyer Insert / $600 for the year– you provide the flyer and we’ll include them in our mailing to our members and potential members as well.
Door Prizes
Want an inexpensive way to “shout out” your business? Offer a door prize at an event and receive advertising. Door prizes are always needed for events and you might offer something from your own business or support another GWCC member and offer something extra special. Why not collaborate with another GWCC member and make it a very unique door prize? If you need idea, please contact our office at info@WarrentonChamber.org.
Luncheon Sponsorship
Luncheon sponsorships are $100. Multiple sponsorship opportunities per lunch. Luncheon occur quarterly 3 times a year, Annual Dinner in place of fourth quarterly luncheon. Sponsorship includes print and web advertising of the event, including e-blasts; recognition at the lunch verbally in the agenda, as well as printed advertising on each table; opportunity to bring information for members to take with them after the lunch, all materials to be placed at the “Sponsorship Table.”

Seminar Sponsorship
For profit businesses may speak for 5 minutes at a seminar for $75 and receive e-blast advertising in advance of the event. Non profit businesses may speak at a seminar at no cost for 5 minutes. Please contact our office to get on the agenda about two weeks prior.
Annual Events – 2012 Annual Member Dinner
The GWCC hosts an annual membership dinner, usually in early December to celebrate the year. Sponsorship cost for this event varies. More information on our Annual Member Dinner please email or call GWCC office.
Champion Membership
One of the most cost effective advertising solutions for your business (of any size) is to become a Champion Member. For only $1,000, for a 12-month period, you will receive all types of electronic and printed advertising: in our weekly e-blasts (310+ businesses) , mentioned at all events, business card ad in our bi- monthly printed newsletter, and weekly social media recognition through links.
