Georgia Fischel, owner of Dragonfly Native American Jewelry in Old Town Warrenton, is pleased to announce that she has been appointed Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Indian Arts and Crafts Association (IACA).  Mrs. Fischel is currently serving a three (3) year term on the Board which meets quarterly in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  The IACA was formed in 1974 to promote, preserve and protect Authentic American Indian Arts and Crafts.   The IACA is an international organization representing every link in American Indian arts – Native artists from the U.S. and Canada, along with consumers, retailers, wholesalers, museums, government agencies, suppliers and supporting members.
